This is a copy of the Constitution/By-Laws Committee's proposed draft of a Constitution & By-Laws for the district as presented at the 3rd Cabinet meeting. The committee is looking for comments and suggestions regarding issues and items which members would like us to consider, change or adopt before the final draft is presented at the April convention.
