Just wanted to let you all know that
Lion Jerry Desmond passed away this week from a stroke. His funeral
will be this Friday at 1:00 pm. Lion Jerry was so appreciative your
attending and helping celebrate the 50th anniversary of the club.

Mabel Desmond, PO Box 207, Mapleton, ME, 04757. His fifty year chevron
arrived in the mail yesterday. I went over the house this evening
and presented it and a new member pin to Mabel which will be placed on
his suit for the visitation hours on Thursday evening.
